International applicants should review the following admissions requirements for Nursing undergraduate and graduate degree programs:

La Universidad Excelsior no admite estudiantes internacionales en los programas de enfermer铆a de nivel asociado.
PROGRAMAS DE GRADO Y M脕STER EN ENFERMER脥A
Los estudiantes internacionales que est茅n considerando nuestros programas de licenciatura y maestr铆a en enfermer铆a son bienvenidos.
Esto es lo que debe saber usted :
- usted'll necesita una licencia de enfermera registrada (RN) de los Estados Unidos equivalente.
- usted debe ser un graduado de una escuela de enfermer铆a aprobada en su pa铆s de origen de la educaci贸n, y tener una licencia de enfermer铆a activa y libre de cargas.
- Si usted'tiene licencia en varias jurisdicciones y/o pa铆ses, todas sus licencias deben estar activas y libres de cargas.
- Todos sus expedientes acad茅micos y licencias de enfermer铆a se verificar谩n poni茅ndose en contacto con la fuente principal de la informaci贸n. usted'll tambi茅n tiene que aplicar a:
- La Comisi贸n de Graduados de Escuelas de 贰苍蹿别谤尘别谤铆补 Extranjeras (CGFNS)
- Servicio de verificaci贸n de credenciales de Nueva York (NYCVS)
- The New York State Education Department (NYSED). The NYSED only issues an official eligibility document to applicants directly, and will not send the document to 每日大瓜. You must forward the聽unopened official eligibility document to 每日大瓜 by taking the official NYSED document in its sealed envelope, and inserting the unopened envelope into an outer envelope and forward it to 每日大瓜. You should also write your full name, permanent address, and date of birth on the outer envelope. All official documents must be in sealed envelopes from the original source. In the event that Excelsior receives an opened document, it will be considered unofficial and will not be considered for eligibility or evaluation, and the opened document will be returned to you. In this case, it becomes your responsibility to contact NYSED or ICD and request another unopened official copy to be supplied to Excelsior.
REQUISITO DE COMPETENCIA LING脺脥STICA EN INGL脡S
An international applicant must submit one of the following to show proof of English Proficiency:

- Puntuaci贸n TOEFL de 79 o superior con un m铆nimo de 15 en cada secci贸n
- Puntuaci贸n IELTS de 6,5 o superior con un m铆nimo de 5,5 en cada secci贸n
- Puntuaci贸n PTE de 58 o superior
- Puntuaci贸n en Duolingo de 105 o superior
Los resultados de los ex谩menes deben enviarse directamente a la Universidad Excelsior, Oficina del Registrador. Los estudiantes deben proporcionar el nombre y la direcci贸n completa de la Universidad Excelsior en el momento de realizar el examen.
Las notas enviadas a Excelsior tienen un periodo de validez de dos a帽os. No se aceptar谩n las puntuaciones que tengan m谩s de dos a帽os en el momento de la solicitud.
Excepciones
Existen las siguientes exenciones para los estudiantes que puedan acreditar uno de los siguientes requisitos para el dominio de la lengua inglesa:
- Proof of U.S. citizenship as demonstrated by an approved government-issued document.
- Valid U.S. Passport, birth certificate, or certificate of naturalization submitted to application@excelsior.edu.
- Submission of an official transcript providing proof of a full academic year of high school in the U.S. with passing grade in one year of standard English submitted to application@excelsior.edu (not including ESL or developmental coursework)
- Submission of an official transcript providing proof of a full year of postsecondary education in the U.S. with a minimum of 24 transferrable semester hours or equivalent taught in English submitted to The Office of the Registrar (not including ESL or developmental coursework)
